Very comfy bed, bright bathroom and central heating, multi-channel television and a fridge in the room. Affable and pretty friendly staff and marvellous location short walk to the mall and a casino and the city center.

The location was fantastic for exploring Tacoma, right beside the mall, the area, and a casino. My room with double queen beds was comfortable and quiet.

The room was large and had a mini kitchen. We were able to stretch out and relax. Nice breakfast.
I had to send my husband to get towels. Only two in there. Cheap shampoo. Use your own.

Good location. Tasty breakfast with staff continually keeping everthing supplied and clean. Room very clean and well stocked. Many Wi-Fi connection choices.

Price is a good value, staff is good, facility is clean, pool is warm and jacuzzi is perfect.
TV is around 19 inches, not many channels, wi fi was weak, maid service was lacking, forgot to clean the room, gave us an empty bottle of shampoo.

This is a large facility, but fairly easy to find your way around. Our room was very quiet and comfortable. Lots of easy parking. The free breakfast was modest, but adjacent to the hotel there is a restaurant owned by the facility that is absolutely first rate.Check-in was fast and easy, and the rate is a very good value for a comfortable hotel. The location is adjacent to the freeway so it is easy to get around the area from the hotel;however we experienced no noise whatever from the freeway traffic. I will be staying here again and would recommend this place without question.

The staff here are really friendly and the room is super spacious. They provide all the essentials like towels and they even have a microwave and refrigerator 🙌. It's a great spot to use as a home base while exploring around.

I appreciated the room with double queen size beds. the hotel's location is great, next to the center, Seattle, and Tacoma Mall. - There was Ming Palace in the vicinity, I ate lunch there.
